 Ultrasurf является прокси приложением. Она обходит все блокирующие интернет системы. Используя это программное обеспечение вы cможете получить доступ ко всем сайтам заблокированным национальными или корпоративными firewall-ами. Большинство школ и организаций блокируют популярные сайты знакомств типа orkut, myspace и др. А некоторые сайты блокируют за трафик, например Youtube. Это приложение просто находит самый быстрый анонимный прокси из списка и автоматически меняет IE прокси сервер на локальный прокси т.е. оно работает как web прокси сервер. Возможна работа с другими браузерами кроме IE. Для этого нужно установить в настройках браузера HTTP Proxy : 127.0.0.1 Port : 9666. Также Ultrasurf можно использовать для анонимного серфинга по сети. It is a free application. It brake all the access list. This application is nothing but just searching the proxy list which is fast and available. It will automatically change our IE’s proxy server to local proxy. That means this application will work as a web proxy server.
